14:00 MyoYin – Yin Yoga MyoYin (Myofascial release + Yin Yoga). Applying myofascial release ball rolling techniques in Yin Yoga with long held poses, helps to eradicate tensions and aches in the body (due to poor body posture) and improve mobility.
Sessions will run on different Pilates equipment to maintain hygiene standards. Unless otherwise stated, classes are suitable for all levels: beginners, intermediate and advanced.
