Qigong (pronounced as chee-kung) is an ancient Chinese health system based on meditation, controlled breathing and guided movements.

Our energy level is a great indicator of our general health. In eastern terms, the more energy that circulates in our body, the healthier we are. A lack of internal energy results in fatigue, tension, insomnia, inability to cope with stress, and turbulent thoughts.
