All Group Sessions are scheduled and purchased on a “Block of 4” basis. If you prefer to pay-as-you-go, please refer to our session pricing structure.
We do offer a “catch-up” system which gives you the opportunity to cancel a regular session and book a “catch-up” session if you know in advanced that you will be absent. We require a minimum 24 hours notice of your absence in order to offer a “catch-up” session. All “catch-up” sessions must be taken within the following 4 weeks; cannot be carried forward or exchanged into private sessions.
“Catch-up” sessions are offered on a space available basis.
Prior to joining our classes, we are strongly recommend all “new to Pilates” clients have a private initial consultation where we asses flexibility, alignment, talk through the basic principals of Pilates and write a small personalised programme for home practice. A private session last up to 1¼ hours and is paid for in advance.
A promotional “Block of 5” One 2 One sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. All five sessions to be taken within one term.
All private sessions require a cancellation notice of no less than 24 hours, otherwise this private session will be payable in full.
Promotional offers are subject to availability.
One Studio Trial Session is offered to new clients only.
All cancellations require at least 24 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged the full rate. You will however, have opportunity to attend a catch-up session in the following 4 weeks (pending class availability).
Information about Class Levels
It is important for all our clients’ health and safety to chose the appropriate class level according to their physical abilities when they book our classes. Where relevant, the levels of each class are clearly noted in our Timetable.
